NESPRESSO RECYCLING — Brand & UX Concept

The Nespresso Recycling project started from a simple observation: although the service existed, it lacked clarity and desirability from a user perspective. The challenge was to rethink both the experience and the communication to make recycling more intuitive and engaging.

 

I conducted brand analysis, developed personas, and designed UX flows across web and mobile, complemented by a creative campaign concept including a storyboard and motion design.

 

The result was a more user-friendly and emotionally engaging system that reframed recycling as a seamless and rewarding experience.
